img_1349_clover_450x360 Okami is a Playstation 2 and Wii game developed by Clover Studio. Okami is a cel-shaded game with a ink and wash painting design to it. It was released on 2006 in Japan and 2007 in North America. Okami is a single-player action adventure game where you take a art brush (in the game it's called "The Celestial Brush") and paint your own powers. You play as the sun goddess named Okami Amaterasu in the form of a white wolf , who with her friend Issun travels from place to place fghtng evil and restoring the world back to it's natural settings. Okami is a very beautiful and fun game that anyone can play.

When I started the game I was amazed that a game like this even existed. I don't want to give anything away because it's that great. I love when I can paint my own powers like you can turn night into day by drawing a circle and the sun will comes out. You can turn day into night by drawing a cresent moon and then day becomes night! There are 13 brush techniques and they are all fun to use. There are cused lands thought out the world that you have to restore to it's natural beauty. There is soooo much to do in this game, you'll meet funny characters that will help you along on your journey. The gameplay is very simple and you can also use your bush powers in battle to help you fight. I want to keep this game review short because I really don't want to give anything away. I got this game at Gamestop for $26.99 last year but the price drop to $19.99 some time ago. You can find it on Ebay or other online stores. It really is a great game.
